Delta RFID Alignment and Lamination Die Cutting Machine Solution
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), which is also known as the electronic tag, is a non-contact automatic identification technology. This machine is used for the production of RFID tags, which is capable of detaching, alignment and lamination, and die cutting, making it fully-featured and highly compatible, and able to meet most production requirements.
This system automatically detaches RFID tags in rolls, then attaches them to the backing paper which moves at a constant speed. Which this solution, stable laminating speed, accuracy, and tension during winding and unwinding are guaranteed. It carries out fixed-length cutting with flatbed die cutting regardless of if color marks are present.
This solution employs Delta AS-500 Series motion controller combined with HMI and AC servo drive for precise, high-speed, and integrated control.
