Delta's woodworking machinery solution features its PC-based motion controllers as master control. With EtherCAT and the DMCNET fieldbus, the solution can be applied to CNC routers, PTP drilling machines, machining centers for woodworking, solid wood door machines and mortise & tenon machines. Delta's PC-based motion controller features Windows OS, advanced NC compiler, and standard G-code system. It offers tool management, coordinate setting, and multi-axis servo control functions for precise machining. Combined with CAD/CAM software, users are able to simulate complex processes such as slot milling, drilling, sawing and routing, for enhanced efficiency. 2. Solid Wood Door Machines


The solid wood door machine is designed for milling and drilling one or multiple solid wood doors simultaneously. Delta's solution integrates CAD/CAM software and G-code working path to optimize the processes and efficiency. It supports a high-speed multi-axis milling cutter. With a communication type AC motor drive, it can easily extend to multiple spindles.
